FIVE air cushions. The first one on the upper bed, on the spindle head (2 axis). The second one on the spindle (spherical cushion 360°). The third one on the spindle, powered through air piston with relieving system. Zero effort on the spindle (Z axis), implemented by an air column (piston) with relieving system that reduces the chattering possibilities during the machining. The fourth and the fifth one on the clamping fixture lower bed (2 axis – 1370 mm bars). All air cushions have individual setting device. Machine spindle head clamping by double pneumatic jack. Allows the machining from guides of 3,5 mm and diameters between 14 and 80 mm. Clamping on the lower bed with two pneumatic jacks. Extremely solid structure, single body steel bed. Air floating flat cushion on lower table allows a precise centering and relieve the effort. Registrable mechanical end of stroke for repetitive works. Integrated lighting with light on the base of the machine and two lamps on the spindle work head. Vacuum checker, carbide bit sharpener and tool rack integrated on the machine.
